The Architect didn't say anything like that but some one else did..

Oracle:Please... You and I may not be able to see beyond our own choices, but that man can't see past any choices.
Neo: Why not?
Oracle: He doesn't understand them - he can't. To him they are variables in an equation. One at a time each variable must be solved and countered. That's his purpose: to balance an equation.

First, I still never read the part in MxO where he says that the flies have anything to do with Neo, so to explain why he said something that he didn't say is...hmm, idk.

So you understand this to mean the Oracle's comments to mean that the Architect only understands math. This is analysis paralysis imho because she's clearly using a comparison, illustrating his point of view, borrowing some of his own expressions.

Actually Archie was talking about all the anomalies occuring in the Matrix since the aborted reload :

"Even after accounting for the fluctuations due to human rejection of the simulation, there remains an unaccounted for and increasingly high number of these anomalies.

This is, of course, unacceptable - and great pains have been taken to rectify the condition.

Despite the historical efficacy of these procedures, the current anomalies do not correspond with our existing indexing methodologies and resist being quarantined.

I have therefore made a rather abhorrent and altogether regrettable decision.

Specifically, I am seeking your help.

The anomalies in question seem to bear a more than superficial resemblance to the integral anomaly.

To be more explicit, they share qualities with aspects of the one you call Neo.

Why this should be so is irrelevant. What matters is that you assist in revealing the meaning of these anomalies. "

You probably have not noticed it yet, but unofficial programs inside the Matrix cannot modify the environment (they can just play with their RSI's), only Neo (and those gifted by the anomaly like the children) can do such a thing without Archie's authorization.

But since the deletion of the Smiths, we get more and more program able to modify the Matrix. They said "Somehow, the Assassin could bend the rules of the Matrix" here :
archive.thex.fm...

Neo:"there is no spoon"
Merovingian:"there is no lipstick!"

So if you are relating the Arch's words above to the "rejection of the simulation" by more than just humans, I say okay. But to single the flies out as having a relationship with Neo is misleading without further clarification.

Now, how do you relate the Arch's words with the parallel comments by Morpheus and Persephone?

He said the anomalies in the matrix are due to the reloaded that didn't occure and that thy're related to Neo. They said the Assassin could ben the rules of the Matrix.

nope, too much noise. If there is anything special about it, I'm sure it can be summerized, but there is not way I'm going to read all that.

What more? You're saying that anomalies = flies. I think you know what the anomaly is. And yes I agree that the Assassin, the General and the factions have something to do with it. But definitely not like you say.

If you tell people that a character said something, and that character did not, then it's not great to defend it with 'well he said something like that'. Btw. You know that the Assassin was killed, right?

All that you really need to know is in the OP.

And you know that a green light emerged from the place where he's supposed to have died ? So much for telling people something untrue about a character, isn't it ?

I disagree, I don't need to read it at all if it's not Matrix related and even less with so much chit-chat.
